Art Deco Platinum Diamond Sapphire Horse Charm
A wonderful platinum horse charm from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This delicate piece depicts the head of majestic horse shown in profile. The entire front surface is encrusted with sparkling pavé set Mine and Rose cut diamonds, while a vibrant sapphire represents its eye. A textured mane, detailed bridle and fine reins accent the charm, giving it a wonderful life-like appearance and a small loop rests at the top, allowing the piece to be hung from a bail. This beautiful piece is perfect for any horse lover and would look wonderful worn on a special charm bracelet or necklace!
Measurements: The charm hangs approximately 7/8" long, is 1/2" wide, and a little less than 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamond and sapphire stones are intact.
