Art Deco Sterling Silver Jade Pendant
A lovely jade pendant from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This beautiful piece is crafted in sterling silver and has a vibrant, jade stone set within a beautifully simple design. At the center of the sterling pendant is a substantial jade stone which has luscious green coloring marbled with creamy greyish white. The oval-shaped stone has a convex face and is bezel set and encircled by an ornate twisted ribbon wirework border. The pendant hangs from a complimentary bail which is stamped on the back with a small makers mark next to "STER." A fabulous piece, the pendant looks fantastic when worn and would make a stunning addition to any collection!
Measurements: The jade pendant hangs approximately 1 3/8" long and measures 7/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or to the jade stone, which is intact.
