A lovely pair of natural pearl earrings from the Art Nouveau (1910s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, these feminine earrings have a wonderful nature-inspired design. Each side features two open wirework links which beautifully dangle from simple sterling wires, allowing for lovely movement. Silver leaves act as prongs, cradling four lustrous white Mississippi River pearls and detailed flowers rest at the top and bottom of the open wirework design, their petals gently blossoming. The earrings are marked "STERLING" on the reverse side of each earring. These unique earrings would be a special addition to any Art Nouveau lover's collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang 2 1/2" inches long including the wires and measure approximately 1/2" at their widest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. The sterling silver wires are secure and in good working condition. The silver displays a natural patina, typical of aged sterling silver.
