A stunning Vintage necklace from the 1970s! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold, this gorgeous piece has an inflexible collar design and features a large love knot at its center. The polished yellow gold necklace is comprised of a thick, single gold tube, that wraps around the neck, intertwining in the center to form the bold love knot. The gold tube is hinged on one side and clasps on the opposite side and creates a seamless design when worn. There is a safety clasp for added security and on the underside of the knot are the stamps, "750". It's a wonderful and romantic piece that looks fabulous on and would make a great addition to any collection!
Measurements: When closed, the opening on the inflexible necklace measures 4 3/4" in diameter. The gold tube measures a little more than 1/8 thick and the love knot centerpiece measures 1 1/8" tall, 1 1/4" at the widest point and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no damage to the gold and the clasp and safety are secure and in good working condition.
