Early Retro 14kt Gold Cabochon Oxblood Coral Ring
A simply beautiful natural coral ring from the early Retro (ca1930) era! Set in the center of this striking piece is a single large oxblood coral stone, which is bezel set in 14kt yellow gold. The coral rests within an oval shaped beveled frame which perfectly compliments the coil-like design at either shoulder. The rich deep red oxblood color of the natural coral is absolutely magnificent and the ring looks fabulous on. The shank is stamped "14K" along with a small makers mark. It would make a exquisite addition to any collection!
Measurements: The face of the ring measures a little less than 7/8” tall, 5/8” wide, and sits a little more than 1/4" above your finger. The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or to the oxblood coral, which is intact.
