Edwardian Natural Sapphire & Diamond Earrings 5.00ctw
A breathtaking pair of natural sapphire and diamond earrings from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! These exquisite earrings are made of platinum-topped 18kt yellow gold and have an elegant, feminine design. Each earring features a generously sized oval sapphire stone that rests in the center of a sparkling diamond and sapphire border. Each gorgeous sapphire emits a stunning deep blue color and rests in a mil grained bezel setting. The overall carat weight for both large center sapphires is approximately 5.00ctw. Encircling the sapphire are 14 sparkling diamonds, which are in turn surrounded by rows of calibrated sapphires, forming the outermost border. The earrings dangle from diamond drop extensions, which connect to beautiful surmounts and lever back tops. Accompanying the earrings is a Prestige Gemstone Report issued by AGL (American Gemological Laboratories) in June 2015. An outstanding pair of Edwardian earrings, they would look magnificent worn on special occasions, and would make a dazzling addition to any collection!
