Edwardian 18kt Diamond & Pearl Crown Ring .25ctw
A beautiful and feminine crown ring from the Edwardian era (ca1910)! This lovely piece is crafted in 18kt white and yellow gold and has a very regal appearance. A fancy queen's crown forms the centerpiece, which includes shapely filigree cutouts, sparkling diamonds, and three lustrous pearls. When worn, the crown curves slightly around the finger, extending to a smooth and simple white gold band. The stones are delicate old Mine Cut diamonds, which are bezel and pavé set and weigh approximately .25ctw combined. A charming Edwardian era ring, it looks wonderful when worn and would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.5, but could easily be resized up or down as desired. The crown-shaped centerpiece measures 3/4" wide and about 3/8" tall. The pearls vary slightly in size, measuring about 4mm-4.5mm each. The band is approximately 2.5mm wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the mixed gold setting. All of the diamonds and pearls are intact and securely set.
