A beautiful French charm from the Edwardian era (ca1910)! Made of silver, the charm has a beautiful winged cherub motif that graces the front. The cherub gazes upward while deep in thought, its chin resting on its hand. The sculpted image is crafted in raised die-struck detail, while the back of the pendant is left smooth. A loop at the top of the pendant is stamped with a small French hallmark. The charm hangs from a sterling bail, which is stamped “925”. A sweet and whimsical piece, it would look lovely worn on a chain or added to a special charm bracelet!
Measurements: The charm hangs 1 1/8" long, 3/4" wide 1/16".
Condition: The overall condition of the charm is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting, die struck design, or bail.
