Edwardian Platinum/14kt Diamond Engagement Ring 0.70ct
A gorgeous mixed metals diamond engagement ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This beautiful two tone piece has an 14kt yellow gold band and a platinum top and adorns a single sparkling old Mine Cut diamond at the center. The stone has J/K color, SI1 clarity with an approximate weight of 0.70ct. The diamond is prong set in an octagonal shaped center with a surrounding milgrained frame and open wirework and ornate engraving can be found on the shoulders and side of the mounting, perfectly accenting the gorgeous design. The shank is stamped "14". If requested, a complimentary appraisal issued by an independent and accredited GIA graduate gemologist can be completed after purchase for insurance purposes. Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting and the center diamond is intact.
