Edwardian Platinum Rose Cut Pave Diamond & Pearl Ring
A very striking diamond and pearl ring from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! This fabulous piece is made of platinum and has a square-shaped face with angled corners. The entire front surface of this "Step Up" style mounting is comprised of 6 rows of pavé set Rose Cut diamonds, creating a lovely sparkling effect! Resting in the center of the diamond encrusted plaque is a single white cultured pearl, which has a rich, high luster surface. Delicate milgrain detail surounds the edges of the mounting, and a cutout airline design is visible from the side. This stylish ring looks beautiful when worn and could make a special everyday piece or unique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6 but could easily be re-sized. The square-shaped face measures approximately 1/4" wide and slightly more than 3/8" tall. The pearl measures approximately 5mm in size.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or pearl, and all of the diamonds are intact.
