Edwardian Silver Pavé Turquoise & Marcasite Pendant
A beautiful turquoise pendant from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Crafted in silver, this lovely piece features a dome-like center of pavé-set turquoise stones. The delicate turquoise cabochons vary in color, displaying a wonderful range of natural blue and green hues. Surrounding the turquoise cluster is a border of marcasite stones, adding a wonderful sparkle! The pendant hangs from a complimentary bail at the top, which is dotted with a tiny turquoise accent stone. Stamped on the back of the pendant is "SILVER." A wonderful everyday piece, it is perfect for the turquoise lover, and would make a stylish addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs 1 1/4" long (including the bail), measures 1" in diameter, and is slightly more than 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting. The bail is securely attached. All of the pavé turquoise and marcasite stones are intact and securely set.
