Art Deco 18kt Diamond Engagement Ring 0.88ct
An absolutely gorgeous diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This wonderful ring is made of 18kt white gold and has a gorgeous filigree design. Resting in the center is a prong set single 0.88ct old European Cut diamond, which has J color and SI1 clarity. At each shoulder of the ring is an artistic filigree wirework design, accented by a lovely flowing scrolled motif along the sides of the mounting. Delicate milligrain detail adds to the beauty of this already gorgeous ring. The band tapers in as it reaches the bottom, and the inside of the shank is stamped "18K". The ring was appraised in March 2015 by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist, and has a stated retail replacement value of $5,100.00. A unique and stunning piece, it looks incredible when worn and would make a beautiful engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.75, but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting and the diamond stone is intact.
