Art Deco 14kt/Platinum Faceted Onyx & Diamond Bracelet
A very rare and stylish bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This unusual slip-on bangle is made of 14kt gold topped in platinum, and features a lovely multi-stone design. A row of faceted onyx stones alternate with sparkling diamonds, creating a continuous and seamless pattern. The onyx stones have a rich, solid black color and are pyramidal in shape, their polished facets catching the light beautifully. Interspersed throughout the design are pairs of diamond accents, which add a wonderful sparkle! Traveling along both edges of the bracelet is a delicate etched pattern, complete with swirls and scrolls. The sleek, stylish design lends itself perfectly to modern day fashion, and would look fabulous stacked with other complimentary bangles. A very wearable everyday piece, it is perfect for the fashion-forward woman's collection!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/2" tall. It would fit best on a medium to large sized wrist. The surface of the bracelet measures 3/16" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum-topped gold setting. All of the onyx and diamond stones are intact, free of chips or scratches, and securely set.
