Art Deco Sterling Jade + Rock Crystal Bead Necklace with Serpent Clasp
A fabulous jade necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This exceptional piece is comprised of a single strand of natural jade beads, which meet at a gilded sterling serpent clasp. Alternating with each jade bead is a faceted rock crystal spacer, adding a subtle yet lovely light-catching accent. Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the jade beads, rock crystal spacers, or to the gilded silver serpent clasp, which is secure and in good working condition. The beads are all intact and the stringing is secure.
