Late Victorian 10kt Gold Hand Wrought Hollow Hoop Earrings
A stylish pair of gold hoop earrings from the late Victorian (ca1900) era! Each earring is made of rich 10kt yellow gold and has a substantial, yet lightweight design. The hand wrought hoops are rather thick but are hollow inside, making them a comfortable everyday accessory. Each has a graduated width and is accented with small beads that line the front as well as an ornate spike at the bottom. The simple yet chic design has a wonderful appearance and the earrings fasten in the front at a European style wire. A fabulous pair of gold hoops, they look fantastic when worn and would compliment any sense of fashion!
Measurements: Each earring hangs 1 3/4" long and has an outer diameter of 1 3/8". The hoops are 1/2" at the thickest point.
Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides light surface wear there is no serious damage to the gold earrings or wires.
