Late Victorian 14kt Moonstone Cabochon Ring
A lovely moonstone ring from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! This beautiful ring is made of 14kt yellow gold and holds a moonstone cabochon at its center. The oval moonstone is very clear and has a wonderful pearly blue color and iridescent flash. The stone rests in a simple open back bezel setting, with a smooth gold band at either side. A perfect everyday piece for the moonstone lover, it would make a stylish addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.75, but could easily be resized up or down if desired. The moonstone center measures approximately 1/2" tall, 3/8" wide, and 1/4" high.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the moonstone, which is secure and intact.
