Late Victorian 14kt Sapphire Yellow Diamond Ring
A gorgeous sapphire cabochon ring from the Late Victorian (ca1900) era! This unusual ring is made of 14kt yellow gold and holds a stunning deep blue sapphire cabochon at the center. Framing the center stone are two sparkling yellow old Mine Cut diamonds at each side, completing the unique trio of stones. An engraved design accents each shoulder of the band, and a shallow groove travels all the way around the back of the ring. A very stylish piece, it merges perfectly into modern day fashion, and would make a spectacular everyday piece!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7.25, however it could easily be re-sized. When worn, the ring rests approximately 1/4" above the finger at the center.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the either the gold setting or to the sapphire and yellow diamonds, all of which are intact.
