Art Deco Sterling Onyx Link Bracelet
A fantastic onyx link bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This gorgeous bracelet is set in sterling silver and comprised of alternating onyx links, which form a very striking design. The alternating design consists of onyx stones which are carved into smooth open rings and bullet-style cabochons, both which connect together by sterling silver rings. The onyx cabs are bezel set with open backs and the boldly colored links form a comfortable and flexible bracelet. Hidden seamlessly within one of the cab links is a push clasp, which is stamped "STERLING" and "GERMANY" on the the tongue. The bold, black color next to the silver accents give this piece a very eye-catching, modern design. It's a fabulous bracelet and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 6.5" long. Each ring has an outer diameter of approximately 3/8" and the bullet cab links have a diameter of 1/2"
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or onyx links. The push clasp is secure and in good working condition.
