TIFFANY & CO. Art Deco 18kt/Plat. Diamond Solitaire Engagement Ring 1.00ct
A classic Tiffany & Co. diamond engagement ring from the Late Art Deco (1930) era! A beautiful old European Cut diamond rests at the center of a simple, yet vibrant 18kt yellow gold setting. The diamond weighs approximately 1.00ct and has I color and VS1 clarity. It is held within a platinum 6-prong setting with a crown style head. The yellow gold band tapers in slightly as it reaches the back, and is stamped "TIFFANY & CO." and "IRID PLAT. 18K" inside the shank. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified gemologist in October 2015 and has a stated retail replacement value of $9,800.00. A timeless piece by a legendary maker, it has a classically beautiful design and would make a perfect engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.75 but could be easily resized up or down if desired. When worn, the diamond rests approximately 3/16" above the finger.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the yellow setting, platinum prongs, or diamond stone, which is secure and intact.
