Victorian 14kt Emerald & Rose Cut Diamond Cluster Ring
This emerald and diamond cluster ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era is artistic and beautiful! The 14kt gold ring features a luscious emerald at the center, which is surrounded by a border of sparkling rose cut diamonds. The diamond halo includes 12 delicate tones, which are individually set in a closed foil-back setting. The emerald is prong set and rests just above the diamond border, its vibrant green color contrasting beautifully with the sparkling diamond stones. Adding to the beauty of the ring is a flowing filigree motif at either shoulder, with two delicate rose cut diamond accents at the sides. An oxidized patina has been applied to the centerpiece, giving beautiful dimension to the setting. Stamped inside the gold shank is "535" beside a small maker's mark. A true Victorian beauty, this wonderful piece would make a lovely everyday piece or unique gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6, but could be resized. The emerald and diamond centerpiece has a 3/8" diameter and rests approximately 3/16" high when worn.
