Victorian 14kt Repousse Diamond Starburst Pendant
A beautiful gold and diamond pendant from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This lovely 14kt rose gold piece features a delicate old Mine Cut diamond resting in the center of an etched starburst design. Surrounding the center starburst is a swirled repousse border that forms a scalloped motif. The back of the pendant is hollowed out, making it very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Attached to the top of the pendant is a modern yellow gold bail, allowing it be easily hung from a favorite gold chain. A perfect everyday pendant for the lover of Victorian jewelry, it would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 1 1/8" long, has a 7/8" diameter, and has a depth of 1/4".
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or repousse detail, and the diamond is intact. The bail is secure and in good working condition.
