This marvelous turquoise ring is from the Victorian era (ca1880) and is of English origin. Made of 15kt yellow gold, the ring has an elongated centerpiece that holds a natural turquoise stone. The turquoise displays a beautiful sea green color and marbled veins of brown mineral webbing called "turquoise matrix." A decorative pattern of engraved lines, grooves, and ridges gives texture to the surrounding bezel. Completing the design is a stacked band formed by four thin gold rings that meet at the turquoise centerpiece. A subtle natural patina gives additional depth to the design, completing the eye-catching look. A beautiful and striking piece, this stylish Victorian ring would make a special addition to any jewelry collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.5, and unfortunately the sizing options are limited due to the stacked band design. The turquoise centerpiece measures approximately 3/4" tall and 3/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the turquoise stone, which is intact.
