A beautiful mixed metals bracelet from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This lovely sterling silver bangle features an aesthetic movement design that graces the front surface. The floral motif is crafted in 9kt yellow and rose gold accents, giving wonderful dimension to the tri-tone appearance. The pattern includes cheerful flowers and leaves, a tree trunk, and etched fern leaves and branches. The bracelet is hinged and fastens with a push clasp at the side, which is stamped with a hallmark. When worn, the wide bangle makes a beautiful statement that is perfect for everyday wear!
Measurements: The inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures 2 1/8" wide and 1 3/8" tall, and would fit nicely on a small to medium sized wrist. The surface of the bangle measures approximately 1 1/8" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting, or to the 9kt mixed metals accents. The hinge and push clasp are secure and in good working condition. There is a natural patina on the surface of the silver, which is normal for Victorian era jewelry and adds depth to the design.
