This lovely compilation necklace features a group of wonderful Victorian and Vintage charms! Included among them is a small skeleton, an animal antler, and a carved double sided agate heart. The Victorian era antler is brown in color and capped at both ends in sterling silver and features a leafy garland border on each side. The whimsical skeleton is from circa 1961 and crafted entirely in sterling silver, displaying a 3-dimensional appearance. It has a double-sided design and features fine textured bone details and attaches to a silver snake chain extension, allowing it to hang slightly longer than the remaining charms. The final charm is of a double-sided puffy heart hand-carved from an deep orange agate stone. The heart is bezel set in a sterling silver frame, and also hangs from a silver chain extension. All three charms dangle at the center of a modern sterling chain, but can move freely along the chain. A spring ring clasp fastens the piece in the back, which can also be easily slipped on and off overhead. Stamped along the leg of the skeleton are several English hallmarks, including an lion, (indicating that the piece was assayed in London), an uncrowned panther, the letter "f" (indicating the piece dates from 1961), and the maker's mark "DB." A fantastic compilation piece, this stylish charm necklace would be right at home in any jewelry collection!
