Vintage 18kt/Platinum Diamond Trilogy Ring .50ctw
A beautiful vintage 3-stone diamond ring from the 1950s! This stunning piece is known as a "trilogy ring," with each of its three diamonds representing the couple's "Past, Present, and Future" together. Three sparkling Round Brilliant diamonds are prong in platinum, resting above a smooth 18kt yellow gold band. Together, the diamonds weigh approximately .50ctw combined, the center stone weighing approximately .20ct, and the outer two stones weigh approximately .15ct each. All three of the diamonds have H color and VS2 clarity. The gold band tapers in slightly as it meets the diamonds, and the partial stamp "AT" can be found inside the shank. If requested, a complimentary appraisal issued by an independent and accredited GIA graduate gemologist can be completed after purchase for insurance purposes. This lovely vintage diamond ring would make very special and sentimental engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a scant 6.75, but could easily be re-sized up or down as desired. The diamonds rest about 3/16" above the band.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum prongs or gold band. All three of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
