A breathtaking Vintage diamond engagement ring from the 1950s era! This fabulous piece is crafted in platinum and holds an exceptional 2.20ct Round Brilliant Cut diamond at the center. The diamond is prong set and has I color and VS2 clarity, beautifully catching the light with every turn. Six tapered Baguette Cut diamonds, which collectively weigh approximately 0.45ctw, are set on at the shoulders of the mounting, creating a dramatic and wonderful look. These accent diamonds exhibit F-G range color and VS range clarity, and give the ring an overall diamond weight of 2.65ctw. An airline is visible from the side of the ring, which extends to a smooth and simple band in the back. Accompanying the ring is a Diamond Grading Report issued by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) on March, 16, 2020 (Report No. 5202982434). The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist in June 2020 and has a stated retail replacement value of $35,000.00. When worn, this ring is quite radiant and has a beautiful and unique design. It would make a very special vintage engagement ring!
