A fun and stylish vintage necklace from the 1960s! This simple, yet eye-catching piece is comprised of a continuous strand of large sterling silver beads. Each bead has a hollowed interior, making the necklace reasonably lightweight despite its substantial size and length. The beads are strung on woven silver chain, and the necklace can be easily slipped on and off overhead, no need for a clasp thanks to its generous length. A fabulous, easy-to-wear piece, its vintage flair would look right at home in the modern day woman's jewelry collection!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 33" long. The diameter of the beads range with the smallest measuring approximately 10mm and the largest measuring 14mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling beads or silver chain for stringing. The beads are all intact and secure. The surface of the silver has a subtle darkened appearance, which is normal for vintage sterling jewelry. However, the beads could be polished if a brighter look is desired.
