Art Deco 14kt Moonstone + Sapphire Link Bracelet
A lovely moonstone and sapphire bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This gorgeous 14kt gold piece features an alternating pattern of moonstone cabochons and faceted sapphires links that form a straight by flexible design. The oval-shaped moonstones are bezel set in rose gold, while the more delicately sized sapphires rest in a white gold bezel setting, creating a lovely mixed metals appeal. The moonstones are very alluring in appearance, each displaying a pale blue color with an iridescent flash and lovely translucent quality. The sapphires exhibit gorgeous soft cornflower blue hues, with facets that catch the light beautifully with every turn. All of the stones are held within open back settings that allow the light to pass through, accentuating their natural beauty. Delicate connector loops attach each link together, with lovely beaded details accenting the moonstones, adding a wonderful feminine appeal. The bracelet wraps comfortably around the wrist, fastening with a spring ring clasp at the end, stamped with a "14K" gold purity mark. A versatile everyday piece, it would look wonderful worn with other complimentary bracelets, and is perfect for any moonstone lover!
Measurement: The bracelet measures approximately 7 1/4" long, about 1/4" wide, and is a little more than 1/8" thick. It would fit nicely on an average to medium sized wrist.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the rose and white gold setting. All of the moonstones and sapphires are intact, securely set, and free of surface chips or scratches. The spring ring clasp is secure and in good working condition.
