Art Deco 14kt Gold Large Cabochon Lapis & Enamel Ring
A simply beautiful lapis and enamel ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Set in the center of this striking piece is a single large cabochon lapis stone which is set in 14kt yellow gold. The lapis rests within a rounded rectangular shaped frame which has a wonderful design of blue and green enamel around the border. The enameled design is carried onto the shoulder of the ring as well and adds a very Art Deco look to the piece. The inside of the shank is stamped "14K" This fabulous Art Deco ring would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The rings rounded rectangular shaped setting measures a little less than 3/4" at its widest point, 7/8" at the tallest point and has a depth of 1/4". It has a finger size of 4.75 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold or to the lapis stone, which is intact. There is some very minor damage to the enamel work which is not noticeable when worn.
