An absolutely fabulous pair of cufflinks from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! These attractive cufflinks are very unusual and have a wonderful, unique look. Each cufflink is made of a square shaped plaque of carved rock quartz crystal, which is faceted along the side edges. Resting in the center of the rock quartz is a beautiful sugarloaf cabochon moonstone in a 14kt bezel setting. The moonstones are very clear and have an iridescent appearance with vibrant blue flashes that looks fantastic against the clear rock quartz. Connecting each square is a white gold bar link on the back of the cufflinks, measuring approximately 5/8" long. These wonderful cufflinks have an appealing, eye catching design and would look excellent worn by either a woman or a man!
Measurements: Each rock quartz square measures 1/2" on all sides and is 1/8" thick. The moonstone cabochons rest slightly more than 1/8" above the surface of the rock quartz. The connecting link in between measures 3/4" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the cufflinks are excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold, rock quartz crystal or moonstone cabochons, which are intact.
