Art Deco 14kt White Gold Aquamarine Filigree Ring 5.00ct
A stunning aquamarine ring from the late Art Deco era (ca1930s)! This beautiful piece is crafted in 14kt white gold and adorns an aquamarine stone at the center of a feminine filigree mounting. The rectangular-shaped aquamarine weighs approximately 5.00ct and rests in an open backed claw setting. The beautifully faceted stone exhibits a gorgeous soft sky blue color that catches the light perfectly, and is surrounded by a border of delicate milgrain details and fine engraving. The gorgeous design trails onto the split shank shoulders where a classic Art Deco motif and additional milgrain work creates delicate cutouts on each side. Finishing the design is a smoothly polished band that graduates towards the back where a "14K" gold purity mark is stamped inside of the shank. Perfect for any aquamarine lover, this beautiful Art Deco ring would make a special addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6, but could be re-sized if desired. The aquamarine centerpiece measures 1/2" tall and slightly less than 1/2" wide, and rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The tapered band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting, and the aquamarine stone is intact and securely set.
