Art Deco 18kt Filigree Diamond Engagement Ring 0.42ct
A gorgeous filigree diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This beautiful piece is crafted in 18kt white gold and features a single old European Cut diamond at the center. The diamond is prong set in a octagonal shaped box setting and weighs approximately 0.42ct, exhibiting K color and SI1 clarity. It is surrounded by an exceptional filigree wirework design, which extends all around the mounting and features a subtle floral motif. The filigree is accented with delicate milgrained detail and beautiful antique engraving and the inside of the shank is stamped with an "18K" gold purity mark. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist in January 2021 and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,900.00. Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a large 7, but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to the diamond stone, which is intact.
