A very bold diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! This ring has an Old European Cut diamond that sits atop a stunning geometric mounting. The diamond is set in a platinum bezel mounting and has an approximate weight of .85ct. The stone has G color and SI1 clarity. The platinum bezel rests atop an 18k yellow gold setting fit with linear geometric detail around the closed gallery and crawling down the shoulders. The ring features worn engraving on the interior of the shank which once read the original owner's name. A stunningly strong Art Deco piece, this diamond ring would make an absolutely stunning engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7 1/2 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the platinum or gold and the diamond is intact.
