Art Deco Japanese Silver Rock Quartz Crystal Necklace 14.5"
A gorgeous rock quartz crystal necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Of Japanese origin, this silver piece is comprised of seven round crystal links at the center of a delicate chain. Each faceted stone rests in an eyeglass bezel setting, allowing the light to pass through to create a stunning, sparkling array with every turn! The crystal links are connected together by elongated wire loops, providing flexibility to the design, and a cuban-style chain attaches to either end. Finishing the design is a simple push clasp at the back stamped "SILVER" and "JAPAN" which securely fastens the necklace together. When worn, the necklace drapes elegantly at the neckline and would make a lovely accessory for special occasions or daily wear!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 14.5" long and each crystal link measures a little more than 1/2" in diameter.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting. All of the rock quartz crystals are intact and securely set. The push clasp is secure and in good working condition.
