Art Deco Platinum/14kt Diamond + Synthetic Sapphire Filigree Line Bracelet
A stunning gemstone line bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in 14kt gold topped in platinum, this beautiful piece features 17 ornate filigree wirework links that together create a feminine and timeless appeal. Adorning the center of the bracelet are 4 synthetic sapphires that alternate with 3 old European Cut diamonds, each stone resting in a fabulous diamond-shaped box setting. The sparkling diamonds catch the light beautifully with every turn and the synthetic sapphires exhibit vibrant rich blue hues, adding a wonderful pop of color to the design. The filigree wirework is incredibly fine, complete with engraved accents, delicate milgrain detail, and wonderful cutouts. The box links hinge together, forming a straight but flexible design that wraps comfortably around the wrist. The piece fastens with a hidden push clasp and safety latch stamped "PLAT" and "14K," along with a sterling silver safety chain featuring a spring ring clasp stamped "STERLING." This beautiful bracelet would be perfect worn on special occasions and make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 7" long, 3/8" wide and 1/8" thick. It would fit nicely on a medium to average sized wrist.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and platinum setting. All of the diamonds and synthetic sapphires are intact and securely set. The push clasp and safety chain are secure and in good working condition.
