Art Deco Platinum/18kt Diamond Engagement Ring 2.36ct
A stunning Art Deco (ca1920s) era diamond engagement ring! Crafted in platinum topped 18kt white gold, this gorgeous piece frames an old European Cut diamond at the center of classic solitaire setting. The diamond weighs 2.36ct, and exhibits G color and VVS2 clarity, and rests securely within a multi-prong setting, raised prominently above the sleek smoothly polished band. Stamped along the inside shank is a "18&PT" purity mark. The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist in February 2021 and has a stated retail replacement value of $55,000.00. Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 10, but could be resized if desired. When worn, the diamond rests approximately 1/4" above the finger. The band measures approximately 2mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum topped gold setting. The diamond is intact and securely set.
