Art Deco Platinum Diamond Cluster Ring 1.20ctw
An exquisite diamond ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! Crafted in platinum, this fabulous piece has a lavish design formed by a cluster of bright sparkling diamonds. Eight prong set old European Cut diamonds surround a larger center stone, forming the "petals" of the flower-inspired design. Collectively, the diamonds have an overall approximate weight of 1.20ctw, and exhibit I-J range color and SI range clarity. The ring's shoulders are each complemented by three Single Cut diamonds as lovely geometric engraving carries down the sides of the band. Stamped inside of the shank is "PLAT10%IRID." When worn, the ring looks extraordinary and makes quite a statement! It could make a gorgeous everyday piece or a wonderful vintage engagement ring.
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6 1/2, but could be resized. The diamond centerpiece measures approximately 7/16" in diameter and rests 1/8" above the finger when worn. The band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
