$2,695
A stunning diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1929) era! This beautiful piece is made of platinum and features an old European Cut diamond resting at the center of an intricate filigree wirework mounting. The diamond, which weighs approximately 0.35ct, is prong set within a square-shaped setting and has I color and VS1 clarity. Decorating each shoulder of the ring are an additional four single cut diamonds, which together weigh 0.08ctw with H-I range color and VS range clarity. The mounting is simply exquisite, with fine filigree wirework and cutouts that form a floral design. Hand-engraved accents and delicate milgrain detail travel along the outside of the band, completing the lovely design. The ring was originally sold by S. Kind & Sons jewelry store in Philadelphia, PA and comes in the original box. The shank has several markings, including "SK&S", the S. Kind & Sons hallmark, the initials "H.B.C to O.M.B" and the date "10-10-29". A very well-crafted Art Deco piece with a feminine design, it would make a wonderful engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring has a small finger size of 6.25 but could easily be re-sized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and all of the diamonds are intact.
