Art Deco Platinum & Diamond Engagement Ring .72ct

SKU: 45597

A stunning diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of platinum, the ring features an exquisite 0.72ct old European Cut diamond at the center. The diamond is held within a 4-prong setting and has I/J color and VS2 clarity. The setting is accented with 2 baguette diamonds at either shoulder which form a "V" shape, totaling approximately .10cts, I, VS2. Beneath the "V's" are two small round single cut diamonds each held in a bezel. The inside of the shank is stamped "900 PLAT IRID". The ring was appraised in June 2014 by an independent and accredited GIA certified Gemologist and has a stated retail replacement value of $5,600.00. It looks truly magnificent when worn and would make an absolutely perfect engagement ring!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 7.25 but it could easily be re-sized.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and or to any of the diamonds, all of which are intact.
