SKU: 43305

$3,995

A stunning diamond engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Crafted in platinum, this beautiful piece adorns a sparkling diamond at the center of a gorgeous filigree gemstone setting. The old Mine Cut stone weighs approximately 0.85ct, and exhibits H/I color and SI2 clarity, sparkling beautifully in the light with every turn. The prong set diamond rests within a raised box setting, which is surrounded by gorgeous lacy filigree wirework, visible from every angle. A pair of elongated French Cut sapphire stones flank the centerpiece on either side, adding a wonderful pop of rich color to the design and a bezel set accent diamond rests at both shoulders, sparkling brilliantly within the delicate filigree cutouts. Fine milgrain detail decorates the entire piece, and a wonderful etched design embellishes the band, trailing into a smoothly polished finish at the back. The ring was appraisal by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in February 2020, and has a stated retail replacement value of $6,500.00. A timeless and classic beauty, this incredible Art Deco ring would make a very special engagement piece!

Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6, but could be resized. The centerpiece rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The band measures 1mm wide at the back.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds and sapphires are intact and securely set.
