Art Deco Platinum Diamond + Sapphire Engagement Ring 0.41ct
A wonderful diamond and sapphire engagement ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This stunning piece is crafted in platinum and features a beautiful 0.41ct old European Cut diamond at its center. The diamond, which has I/J color and SI1 clarity, is prong set and flanked on either side by a triangular cut synthetic sapphire, adding a gorgeous dark blue color contrast against the platinum setting and diamonds. A feminine filigree design graces the sides of the mounting and extends to the ring's shoulders and is accented by six additional Single Cut diamonds. Beautiful antique engraving travels along the sides of the band, which narrows in towards the back. A gorgeous piece, it looks enchanting when worn and would make a lovely engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6 but could be easily re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting or to the diamond and sapphire stones, all of which are intact.
