Art Deco Sterling Enameled Marcasite & Chrysoprase Ring
A simply beautiful enameled chrysoprase ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This striking piece is made of sterling silver and has a single large chrysoprase stone set in the center. The chrysoprase rests within a square shaped frame that has a wonderful red and green geometric enameled design which carries around the border. The frame also includes six marcasite stones, 4 in the corners and 2 at the shoulders. The enameled design carries down the band of the ring as well, completing the design perfectly. This fabulous Art Deco ring would make a gorgeous addition to any collection!
Measurements: The face of the ring measures 7/8” tall and 6/8” wide. The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the silver setting or to the chrysoprase and marcasite stones, all of which are intact. The enameled design is also in fine condition.
