Art Deco Sterling Silver Moonstone Graduated Necklace

A beautiful moonstone necklace from the Art Deco era (ca1920)! This lovely necklace is comprised of a strand of polished moonstones that rest in open sterling silver bezels. The alluring moonstones are very clear and have a wonderful pearly pale blue color with translucent flashes. The stones vary in shape, including oval and circle-shaped cabochons, and are slightly graduated, with the larger stones at the center and the smaller stones at the ends. The necklace can be slipped easily on and off overhead. It has a wonderful feminine appearance and would make a special addition to any collection!

Measurements: The necklace measures 28" long. The moonstones vary in size, measuring between 1/4" to 5/8" in size. 

Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling setting or to any of the moonstones, all of which are intact.
