Art Deco Sterling Silver Onyx & Moonstone Link Bracelet

SKU: MWKC1

$2,695

A fantastic onyx and moonstone bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This unusual piece is crafted in sterling silver, and comprised of stylish alternating links that form a flexible design. Each onyx plaque is rectangular with clipped corners, and is topped with a moonstone cabochon. The onyx has a rich, solid black color, and is smoothly polished for a glossy finish. It compliments the translucent moonstones perfectly! Each moonstone is very clear with a pale blue color and iridescent flash. Oval-shaped moonstone links rest in between each onyx plaque, connected with sterling silver rings. The piece fastens with a push clasp disguised within the final link, and a safety chain provides additional security. A very striking Art Deco piece, it merges effortlessly into modern day fashion!

Measurements: The bracelet measures 6 3/4" long, and would fit best on a medium/average sized wrist. Each onyx link measures 3/4" long and 1/2" wide. The round moonstone cabochons are 3/8" in diameter. The oval moonstone links measure approximately 5/8" long and 3/8" wide.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the onyx plaques and moonstone cabochons are intact, securely set, and free of any significant chips or scratches. The push clasp and safety chain fasten securely and are in good working condition. There is a natural patina on the surface of the silver, which is a normal characteristic of vintage jewelry.
