Art Nouveau 14kt Gold Double Snake Ring with Smooth Signet
A stunning gold signet ring from the Art Nouveau (ca1900s) era! This wonderful piece, which is crafted in 14kt yellow gold, has an oval-shaped face with a smooth center that could be engraved with the wearer's initials or also be left untouched. Two entangled snakes form the band of the ring, coiling around the oval seal and each displays a rich texture to mimic the appearance of scales. This fabulous piece has a classic appeal and would make a beautiful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 6.5, but could be resized. The signet stamp measures 1/2" tall and a little more than 1/4” wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or carved details.
