Art Nouveau Sterling Silver & Cabochon Moonstone Pendant
A fantastic moonstone pendant from the Art Nouveau (ca1910) era! This delicate piece depicts a dripping pendant which is detailed with 8 cabochon moonstones. The moonstones, which are very clear and have a pearly blue color, are bezel set in a sterling silver- gilt setting. A simple yet ornate leaf and floral design rests in between 3 of the moonstones and the bail is hidden behind the top moonstone. The pendant has a beautiful and soft design and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pendant hangs approximately 2 1/2" long, 1 1/4" at the widest point and 1/4" at the thickest point. The interior of the bail measures a little less than 3/8" long.
Condition: The overall condition of the pendant is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the moonstone cabochon's or to the sterling silver gilt setting.
