Art Deco Platinum Marquise Diamond Ring 0.63ct
A gorgeous and unusual diamond ring from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Made of platinum, this wonderful piece has a stunning Marquise Cut diamond set in its center. The stone weighs approximately 0.63ctw with I color and SI1 clarity. The diamond is bezel set in a milgrained setting which is surrounded by an open channel. Framing the center diamond are 8 Single cut diamond which are set at either shoulder. The accent stones weigh approximately 0.08ctw with H-I color range color and VS2-SI range clarity. The ring was appraised in July 2015 by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Gemologist and has a stated retail replacement value of $3,000.00. It's a breathtaking piece and that looks spectacular when worn, and could make a special engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 4.25 but could easily be re-sized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting and all of the diamonds are intact.
