Early Victorian 18kt/Sterling Colombian Emerald + Diamond Cluster Ring 9ctw

SKU: 45248

A breathtaking emerald and diamond cluster ring from the Early Victorian (ca1850s) era! Crafted in 18kt yellow gold and topped in sterling silver, this ring centers on an impressive green Oval Cut emerald stone. The Colombian emerald weighs approximately 9+ctw and is held by four golden prongs. Twenty Old Cut diamonds, weighing approximately 1.25ctw together, encircle the emerald in sterling-topped bezel settings, glittering beautifully as they catch the light. The design sits atop a wonderful yellow gold frame that boasts a hidden floral pattern underneath and a lovely airline at the shoulders. The ring is accompanied by a GIA Emerald Origin Report (#2205787618) confirming the specifications of the set emerald. This magnificent ring would be an astounding addition to a Red Carpet Worthy collection!

Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 6 but can easily be resized. The centerpiece measures 1" tall, 5/8" wide, and slightly more than 5/16" above the finger when worn.

Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and silver setting. The diamonds are intact, securely set, and free of chips or scratches. The emerald displays inclusions, typical and indicative of a natural emerald. It is intact and securely set.
