A beautiful pair of earrings from the Early Victorian (ca1850s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, the earrings begin with a foil-backed Rose Cut diamond in a belcher setting below an earring wire. A six-petaled flower hangs below, each petal set with a Rose Cut diamond. The bottom three petals support additional dangling diamonds, bringing the total weight to approximately 1.50ctw between the pair. The earrings dangle with lovely movement, perfectly complementing the feminine floral style. The earrings display a dark patina, commensurate age, adding further dimension to the setting. These earrings would be an incredible addition to any Early Victorian collection!
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 2 1/4" long including the earring wire, about 7/8" at their widest point, and 5/16" deep.
Condition: The earrings are in good antique condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting.
