Edwardian 14kt Sapphire + Diamond 3-Stone Ring
An absolutely stunning sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1915) era! This vibrant piece is crafted in 14kt yellow gold and has a beautiful trio of sapphire stones set in the center of a dramatic diamond encrusted halo. All three sapphires display a stunning deep blue hue and are consistent in size and shape. Surrounding the rich blue stones is a wide old Mine Cut diamond border, which sparkles beautiful, creating a spectacular overall effect. Collectively, the overall diamond weight of the ring is 1.10ctw and the overall weight of the sapphires is 0.80ctw. A gradating smooth gold band completes the feminine design and ornate scalloped prong wirework can be seen from the sides. The shank is stamped "14." A very special Edwardian piece, this beautiful ring would make a lovely everyday accessory, or would be perfect for special occasions!
Measurements: The ring has a small finger size 6, but could easily be re-sized if desired.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the sapphires and diamonds are all intact.
